General Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate access provided upon subscription, we do not offer refunds on our Monthly or Yearly plans. All sales are considered final.
We believe in our product and want you to be confident in your purchase. This is why we encourage users to use the flexible monthly plan to experience the full capabilities of TradeLedger before committing to a longer-term subscription.
Exceptional Circumstances
While our policy is no-refunds, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as a billing error on our part or a demonstrable failure of the service that we are unable to resolve. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Review
If you believe your situation warrants an exception, you may contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase.

Please include your registered email address, payment details, and a clear explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time from your Settings page. When you cancel, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription term.
