TradeLedger is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. All features and services are accessed online through our web application. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

Delivery of Service

Upon successful completion of your payment, your TradeLedger account will be activated, and you will gain immediate access to all the features included in your chosen subscription plan.

• Instant Access: Your subscription is activated automatically once your payment is confirmed by our payment gateway, Razorpay.
• No Physical Delivery: No physical items will be shipped to your address. Your purchase confirmation and access details will be sent to the email address you provided during signup.
• Account Access: You can access the service by logging into your account on our website from any compatible device with an internet connection.

Confirmation of "Delivery"

You will receive an email confirmation from us as well as from our payment partner, Razorpay, immediately after your payment is processed. This email serves as your proof of purchase and confirmation that your service has been activated.
